1st - Fennel, Wild Rice, Cranberry and Green Lentil Slaw  

2nd - Coffee Baked whole green or split red lentils with Smoked Gouda Cream of Wheatlet Polenta

3rd - Split Red Lentil, White Chocolate and Orange Mousse
